Course Content

This qualification extends and develops learners’ knowledge of photography and photographic processes. During the course you will produce work for three units
• Unit 01 Explore photographic equipment, techniques, materials and resources
• Unit 02 Develop and adapt photographic ideas creatively
• Unit 03 Produce and evaluate photographic images

Learners will be encouraged to develop their own skills in a chosen area of photography (landscape, portraiture etc.) using digital or traditional cameras and materials. They will also research the work of key photographers in their chosen area and produce a portfolio of their own images.
