Who The Course is for

Designed for staff who are responsible for delivering customer service and who interact directly with the customer, for example sales or retail staff, staff working on service desks, call centre staff.

Course Content

To gain the full NVQ two mandatory units plus five optional units must be achieved from a selection of themes. Optional units should be line with your current job role.

Entry Requirements

Candidates must be employed in a suitable role, be able to meet the standards of the qualification and be capable of achieving Functional Skills at the required level.

West Lancashire College will also accept credits previously gained through the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).

Learning & Assessment Methods

Assessment is mainly carried out in the workplace by trained assessors to suit the employee/er needs.

Course Costs

Fully funded if candidates do not hold a level 2, part government funding may be available for additional qualifications.
