The course aims to enable students to decorate cakes.
Butter cream gateaux
Make piping bags
Make Royal icing
Pipe lines, shells, rope etc
Decorate Christmas cake including:
Marzipan, Royal icing & Festive decorations

There are no formal entry requirements.
Learning & Assessment Methods
For the first session you will need to buy/bring:
A4 pad and pen.
For further sessions you will need to bring specified ingredients.
