Who The Course is for

This is for learners who would like to advance their skills in cake decoration.

Course Content

> Use patchwork cutters
> Make shoes & handbag
> Run out shoes & handbag
> Use stencils
> Modelling with icing

Entry Requirements

This is a course for beginners who would like to progress and no prior subject knowledge or skills are required.

Learning & Assessment Methods

For the first session you will need:
A4 pad and pen.
For further sessions you will need to bring specified ingredients.
